Trinity Church is led and governed by a plurality of elders (called the church session) who are mutually accountable to one another and are to lead and deliberate together, sharing the responsibility and authority to guide, nourish, protect, govern, and oversee the church. In addition to making decisions with the session, each elder shepherds through their leadership of a home group or groups. Among the elders, pastors are those called to labor in teaching and administering the sacraments.
